Yoshinaga Lab.

We study in the field of distributed and parallel computer systems, especially on their interconnection networks, high-performance programming models, and peer-to-peer networks. The key words are reliable and secure networks as well as efficient parallelizing software algorithms. Our interests include fault-tolerant and adaptive routing algorithms for the interconnection networks, MPI-OpenMP hybrid programming on SMP clustering systems, and secure authentication/authorization for P2P.
Distributed and parallel computing systems are widely accepted not only in high-performance ones but also in the internet world. However, utilizing them easily and in safe with attaining good performance is still difficult. It is becoming more important to assist them from both hardware and software.
Let’s enjoy exploring these emerging areas together!
